About us
Nikai Capital is a family office Investment Group, set up in 2021 to provide equity and debt solutions to entrepreneurial privately owned businesses looking to grow and succeed. The origins of the Group stem from our family who have a history of operating and running successful retail, real estate and healthcare businesses between 1970 and 2020.
Our aim is to provide capital for business growth and acquisitions, minority/majority shareholder exits and reorganisations in addition to short term operating funding requirements. We want to provide smaller and medium sized businesses the opportunity and access to capital that our family did not have the benefit of many years ago.
Investments
Our criteria is simple – to provide capital from £250,000 to £2,500,000 with the ability to raise more through our founder network. We are sector agnostic and will look at opportunities with a sound product or service delivery. We are a highly flexible, entrepreneurial Group and can be as hands on (or off) as shareholders require – we do not take the typical Private Equity route to investment. Nikai Capital has developed a varied portfolio of investments which continues to expand. We currently have investments in healthcare, construction, tech-enabled service and property businesses. We take a pragmatic view to decision making and can deploy capital very quickly.
